The client's request was for the size and shape of the villa to be non-repetitive, which can be seen in most areas today. The volume of the villa consists of two rectangular cubic boxes, 2.5 meters on each side of the upper floor, and the width of the ground floor is wider than the upper floor in order to use its roof for the terrace of the first floor in two directions.
